Summary

Adds documentation pages for the new game-ci CLI under the GitHub Orchestrator section:

  • Getting Started — installation (npm install -g game-ci / npx), license activation, first build walkthrough, environment variables
  • Build Command — full flag reference including project options, versioning, Android-specific flags, Docker container options, IL2CPP, and output structure
  • Orchestrate Command — provider selection (AWS, Kubernetes, local-docker), provider-specific options, cache/storage configuration, workspace options, git authentication, configuration override, and resource management
  • Other Commands — activate (license management), cache list|restore|clear (cache management), status (environment diagnostics), version, and global flags

Consolidated into #541 (docs: LTS 2.0.0 — Combined Documentation). Updated for standalone @game-ci/orchestrator architecture.
